Welcome to Hasika® Car Tent, Awning, Tent, Suv Tent (the “Site”). This Site is operated by Hasika LLC (“Hasika”, “we” or “us”). These Terms of Use set forth the terms and conditions under which you may access and use the Site and purchase products through the Site (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and any additional terms that may apply when you access particular Services offered on the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use the Site or purchase products from Hasika.
Use of the Site
Account Registration. You may browse the Site without registering for an account. However, to purchase products on the Site, you must register and create an account. Ordering. To purchase products on the Site, you must be at least 18 years old. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount of your order plus applicable taxes and other charges. All purchases are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to impose order quantity limits and to reject, cancel, or limit orders for any reason.
Product Specifications. We strive to provide detailed and accurate specifications regarding the products offered on the Site, including regarding materials, sizes, and other details. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content on the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. The actual products you receive may vary from product descriptions and images on the Site.
Product Availability. Products displayed on the Site are generally available for immediate purchase. However, products may sell out or be discontinued without notice. We cannot guarantee availability of any product. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and issue a refund for the unavailable product.
Modification of Products and Prices. Prices and availability of products offered on the Site are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, replace, or discontinue any products offered on the Site. We also reserve the right to change prices displayed on the Site at any time before you place an order.

Purchase & Delivery of Products
Order Process. To purchase products on the Site, you must add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and complete the checkout process by providing a shipping address, billing address, and payment information. All applicable taxes and other charges will be added to your order total during checkout. You will have an opportunity to review your order and make changes before submitting it. By submitting your order, you agree to pay the total amount due pursuant to the payment method you select.
Shipping & Delivery. We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill your order in a prompt manner. You will be provided with an estimated delivery timeframe during checkout, but actual delivery times may vary. Certain factors such as customer address, customs delays, inclement weather, and shipping carrier delays may affect delivery. We will not be liable for any delays in shipment that are outside of our control.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We ship most orders through third party carriers. Risk of loss and title to products pass to you when we transfer products to the carrier. You may be charged additional shipping costs for rerouting incorrectly addressed shipments. Prior to accepting delivery, you should inspect shipments for damage and refuse any packages that appear damaged during transit.
Returns & Refunds. If you are not fully satisfied with the products you have purchased from Hasika, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery for most items. To request a return and refund, please contact us at [email protected] and provide your order information. We will provide instructions for returning the product(s) to us. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Upon receipt of the returned product(s), we will fully refund your purchase price. Customized products and certain other products cannot be returned. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for any reason.
Payment Processing. We accept various methods of payment, including credit cards. If your payment fails or your order is cancelled for any reason, you will not be charged for that order. By submitting your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Site and all content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, product images, and software, are the property of Hasika or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws. The compilation of all content on this Site is the sole and exclusive property of Hasika and protected by U.S. and international copyright law.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Site if you engage in any prohibited conduct.
User Content
You retain ownership of any text, graphics, photos, videos, or other content that you submit to the Site (“User Content”). However, by submitting User Content, you grant Hasika a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, distribute, publish, perform, and display your User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Site and Hasika’s business.

Disclaimers
No Warranties. The Site and all Services are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Hasika makes no representations or warranties that the Site or Services will be available, accurate, complete, current, reliable, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability
Hasika will not be liable to you under any legal or equitable theory for any lost profits, revenues, information, or data, or any consequential, special, indirect, incidental, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Site or Services, even if Hasika has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damages. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms of Use shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nashville, Tennessee, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts for such purposes. The prevailing party in any action arising out of these Terms of Use will be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
Termination
We may terminate your right to access and use the Site at any time for any reason, including for violation of these Terms of Use. Everything stated in these Terms of Use will survive termination, including your license to any User Content you submitted. You may terminate this agreement by ceasing all use of the Site.
